This program is open to participants who meet the following requirements:

  • Must remain on active duty and continue receiving military pay and benefits
  • Must obtain command approval prior to participation
  • Gain valuable civilian experience that supports a successful transition to the workforce

Eligibility Requirements

To participate, you must:

  • Be an active-duty service member
  • Be within 180 days of separation or retirement
  • Receive approval from your command
  • Meet all DoW SkillBridge program requirements
